test(unit): +381 tests unitaires — couverture 16%→35%
- 9 nouveaux fichiers de tests (persistance, translations, fiches, indices, IHH)
- Enrichissement des tests existants (graph_utils, gitea, widgets, tickets)
- 67→448 tests, tous passent
